Tile bonding: easy with powder and paste adhesives
With Omnicol's high-quality powder and paste adhesives, you can tackle any job. Our powder adhesive is suitable for all surfaces, in all applications, and with all types of tiles. For walls and floors, indoors and outdoors. Fast-setting, high slip resistance, and cement- and gypsum-based, suitable, for example, on anhydrite screeds. Paste adhesives or dispersion adhesives are ready to use, permanently elastic, and have high initial adhesion. Ideal for ceramic wall tiles and (in some cases) floor tiles (even those with very low porosity), calibrated natural stone, (glass) mosaic, and stone strips. Plus, with a paste adhesive, you can simply store leftovers for future use. With powder adhesive, use our consumption calculator to minimize waste.

Which glue comb is best to use?
The choice of the right teeth depends on a number of factors;
- the type of tile adhesive (paste or powder),
- the 'buttering-floating' method is used, and
- the application (wall or floor),
- the flatness of the substrate and the flatness of the tile.
How long does the mixed glue last in the tub?
This is the pot life, which is usually between 2 and 4 hours. Attention! With fast-hardening adhesives this is only 20-30 minutes.
When can I walk on the tiles?
This can be done (carefully) after at least 24 hours. With fast-setting adhesives, this can be done after just a few hours.
