Powder tile adhesive
Flexible and fast-hardening powder tile adhesive.
Characteristic product properties
- Suitable for rapid delivery and use.
- For all ceramic floor and wall tiles, calibrated natural stone, composite screed tiles, (glass) mosaic tiles and stone strips.
- Layer thickness: up to 15 mm.
- Suitable for virtually all critical surfaces, such as old tiles, concrete and areas, including swimming pools and patios.
- Indoor and outdoor.
- Classified in compliance with EN 12004: C2FT. S1.
Applications
For laying all ceramic floor and wall tiles, including those with a lower porosity than 0.2 %, calibrated natural stone, composite marble and cement tiles, (glass) mosaic tiles and stone strips. Rapid delivery. Use white adhesive for types of natural stone that are sensitive to staining. Excellent levelling capacity, which is especially important when laying large format tiles and on surfaces that are not entirely level. Preparing the adhesive with a little extra water produces a liquid adhesive bed, which ensures 100% surface contact for large format tiles. The mortar can be used without any problems inside and outside. It can be used as an adhesive on “stress bearing” and “non-stress bearing” surfaces. Examples of applications: damp places, doorsteps, shopping centres, public and industrial spaces. It is also highly suitable for use as an adhesive when laying tiles in swimming pools. If a special method is used to apply the adhesive, it is also suitable for making repairs under water!

Which glue comb is best to use?
The choice of the right teeth depends on a number of factors;
- the type of tile adhesive (paste or powder),
- the 'buttering-floating' method is used, and
- the application (wall or floor),
- the flatness of the substrate and the flatness of the tile.
How long does the mixed glue last in the tub?
This is the pot life, which is usually between 2 and 4 hours. Attention! With fast-hardening adhesives this is only 20-30 minutes.
When can I walk on the tiles?
This can be done (carefully) after at least 24 hours. With fast-setting adhesives, this can be done after just a few hours.
