Universal adhesive for ready-to-use wall and floor panels.
Characteristic product properties
- MS polymer adhesive (mono-component).
- Permanently elastic.
- Very low emissivity and solvent-free (Emicode EC1-Plus label recognised by Breeam/Leed).
- Minimum pre-treatment required, excellent adhesion on surfaces commonly used in construction, without having to use a bonding agent.
- Excellent application properties.
- Rapid initial adhesion after application Suitable.
- Indoor and outdoor.
Applications
- Suitable for fitting most ready-to-use wall and floor panels (PVC, polystyrene and multiplex), as well as window ledges, sills and hearths (granite, limestone and composite materials).
- This adhesive is characterised by its flexibility and high initial adhesion. It can also be applied rapidly and safely, without the need for a primer. The adhesive and its specific application technique are especially suitable for renovation and new construction projects.
- It adheres very well to normal surfaces found in construction projects, with hardly any shrinkage.
- Examples of applications: (renovation of) bathrooms, damp areas, kitchens and toilets in residential and utility buildings
- It is suitable for Breeam/LEED projects and has been awarded the EMICODE-PLUS label.

Why should I apply a sealant?
Sealants are made based on an elastomer and are generally used to create a smooth/flexible joint or transition. They have an excellent sealing effect and are better able (than, for example, cement-based grouts) to absorb some tensions/movements.
Do I no longer need to worry about a sealant joint?
Unfortunately, this is not the case. A sealant is subject to various loads (such as force, tension, moisture, UV), which cause its performance to decrease over time. Therefore, sealant joints are often referred to as "maintenance joints," which should be periodically checked and replaced as necessary, depending on the load. A sealant joint cannot be repaired.
One sealant for everything?
Sealant is a collective term and comes in countless compositions/materials, with diverse properties. Therefore, make sure to inquire thoroughly in advance about the function (sealing/gluing), the load (swimming pool, expansion joint), and the substrate (color-sensitive natural stone) in order to select the right sealant.
