FLF190 omniflow
Levelling mortars
Applications
FLF190 omniflow is an extremely high load-bearing levelling mortar for levelling, correcting and renovating floors in industrial applications. Because it produces very smooth and abrasion-resistant surfaces, it is suitable as a final finish that is sulphate and chloride-resistant. Important: FLF190 is not to be used as a display floor (e.g. concrete-look). It is also suitable as a high-quality substrate for overlaying with other coverings such as tiles or, for example, synthetic resin floors. It can be tiled after approximately 4 hours and can even be worked on with moisture-sensitive coverings after just 16 hours. It is a very fluid mortar, with a long pot life, creating a perfectly smooth result after hardening (very high degree of flatness). FLF190 omniflow exceeds the requirements of EN 1504-3 Class R4 for concrete repairs (CR) and may be applied as such with compliant with points 3 and 7 of EN 1504-9. The mortar can be pumped using a levelling pump (for the right type of pump, please consult us in advance), as well as the Omnicol Flooring pump truck. Low-stress layer, cracks at layer thicknesses of up to 38 mm are practically impossible. Examples of industrial applications include workshops, warehouses, parking decks and other highly stressed floors.

What is industrial leveling?
Leveling industrial and heavily loaded floors is a profession in itself. An old floor is refurbished so that it can be used as new. In addition, it is a frequently used application that is used to repair new concrete floors that have been damaged by rain. Or new concrete floors that must meet a higher flatness class than can be achieved with “normal” poured concrete. Think of AMR floors.
What are industrial leveling mortars?
These are mortars that are used for floors that are used in heavily loaded conditions such as workshops, factories and certainly logistics centers. Without being finished with a coating or something similar.
What is the difference between a leveling and renovation mortar?
In many cases, a renovation mortar is a product with a comparable processing as a leveling mortar, but a renovation mortar can handle a greater layer thickness. And sometimes renovation mortars are provided with additional additives or auxiliary materials to make them more suitable for floors with different substrates or widely varying layer thicknesses in a floor field.
