Tile adhesive for use on anhydrite substrates with up to 2.0 cm-% residual moisture content
Characteristic product properties
- Designed specially for use on anhydrite (calcium sulphate bonded) poured floors.
- No primer required.
- Waterproof, suitable for bathrooms and showers.
- Also for XL and XXL sized (thin) tiles and natural stone.
- Permanently elastic, can be used with underfloor heating.
- Layer thickness up to 15 mm.
- Indoor.
- Classified in compliance with EN 12004: D2.
Applications
Designed specially for use on anhydrite (calcium sulphate bonded) poured floors with a residual moisture content of up to 2.0 CM-%. This paste adhesive dries extremely well under every possible type of ceramic floor tiles, even tiles with a porosity of < 0.2% and calibrated natural stone (not subject to staining and distortion caused by water absorption). The adhesive is highly suitable for laying XL and XXL sized (thin) tiles. Suitable for bonding WD omnimat. Highly elastic permanent tile adhesive capable of accommodating any deformations in the surface. Examples of applications include kitchens, toilet areas, living rooms, bathrooms and showers in residential, high-rise and utility buildings.

Which glue comb is best to use?
The choice of the right teeth depends on a number of factors;
- the type of tile adhesive (paste or powder),
- the 'buttering-floating' method is used, and
- the application (wall or floor),
- the flatness of the substrate and the flatness of the tile.
How long does the mixed glue last in the tub?
This is the pot life, which is usually between 2 and 4 hours. Attention! With fast-hardening adhesives this is only 20-30 minutes.
When can I walk on the tiles?
This can be done (carefully) after at least 24 hours. With fast-setting adhesives, this can be done after just a few hours.
